Our Team
Amber Davis
Clinical Director
Amber joined the Caring Hearts team August of 2021 as Clinical Director. Amber is passionate about patient experience and positive company culture. Amber brings with her over 17 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse in the Tri-Cities area. Prior to Home Health Care, she worked in the Pasco School District as a School nurse for 10 years. Where she fell in love with working for the community and helping families to obtain available health services and resources. Amber looks forward to continuing to provide quality healthcare services to you and your family.
Amber currently resides in Kennewick, Washington with her husband and together have 6 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
Amber enjoys time with family, traveling and all that the greater Columbia Basin has to offer with its 300 days of sunshine!
Kayla Millard
Office Manager
Kayla became Office Manager of Caring Hearts Agency August 16th, 2021. Kayla has been working with Caring Hearts Agency since April of 2017. Kayla focuses on keeping client authorization, and in-home care requests up to date, and moving smoothly. She cares for the clients and wants to help clients and families in any way possible, to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
Kayla Millard has lived in the Tri-Cities area since 2010, and currently resides in Pasco with husband Jeffrey, and daughter Maxine. She works hard to ensure that those in her community are getting the help and care they deserve.
